Why Become A Member?

The success of WSSM lies with our residents.Your membership dues enable us to keep you informed and engaged to enhance and protect our neighborhood. WSSM members receive the following benefits:

  • Participation in General Meetings and voting rights at our Annual Meeting
  • A Board of Directors, elected by you, looking out for your best interests
  • Representation at crucial City Council and City agency hearings
  • Access to key leaders and agencies to advocate for your concerns
  • Representation on the Coalition of CD 5 Homeowner Associations
  • Elected representation on the Westside Neighborhood Council (seats #7 and 18)
  • Assistance in resolving neighborhood concerns
  • Public safety information and updates, including an active block captain roster and neighborhood watch plans
  • Communication via emails and newsletters. Sign up to receive emails.
  • Prior to each annual meeting we mail out a newsletter to all homeowners to give notice of our annual meeting and to report on our activities. To ensure you are on the recipient list, contact us.
